Paul serves as a senior vice president of the firm.  He is an equity analyst and also provides a senior level of customer/client support for SIPCO clients.   He is a member of the firm's investment committee.

• Masters in International Relations from Troy State University

Background

Paul joined the SIPCO team in November of 2004.  For the previous five years he owned and operated an independent investment advisory firm. He and his wife currently reside in Mechanicsburg, PA.  He retired from the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Special Forces.
